Be a Good Human (and a Great Performer)

Our motto is simple:

Be a good human.

It is a philosophy that guides everything we do.

At ITLPA, we believe the arts have the power to transform lives. We teach teamwork, leadership, kindness, discipline, professionalism, and resilience alongside strong technical training because we know success means more than applause.

Whether your child is center stage, backstage, or stepping into a class for the very first time, we celebrate every step of their journey. We strive to create an environment where students feel seen, supported, challenged, and inspired to become the best version of themselves.

We like to say:

We develop great humans who happen to be great performers.

Now, with over 20 years of teaching under her belt, she’s sharing that same spark with the next generation through Ignite the Light and her private coaching studio, Voice by Tina.
